Pre-camp has begun. There are 2-1/2 weeks until campers show up. I know that there is a lot of stuff left to be planned, but I’m psyched. I live for the pressure, and to give these kids the kind of camping experience I had growing up.

People here in Massachusetts often hear about problems with flooding associated with the Big Dig, a project on the tunnels in Boston. I found this article on CNN.com about a fire in a tunnel linking Italy and France.

You take your pick. I’d much rather swim than burn any day.

How do I want to spend my time with Josiah when the campers leave each summer? Swimming (or at least splashing!) in the lake.
